JOE's Naturalists

Currently, JOE employs an ecology team that includes five full-time biologists and numerous environmental experts who provide an around-the-clock anchor for many of our stewardship practices and programs. This team is supported by senior managers all the way to the top with JOE’s CEO leading the way. Company ecologists perform wildlife monitoring, permitting compliance and land management such as controlled burns and management of common open space within JOE communities. Our biologists also seek to promote JOE conservation efforts with governmental entities and conservation groups.
