Brian Yablonski
Vice President – Public Affairs
The St. Joe Company

Brian Yablonski has been with The St. Joe Company since 2004, and is responsible for state and federal government relations and public policy initiatives.  He recently served as the Director of Policy and Deputy Chief of Staff for Florida Governor Jeb Bush.  In that position, he had oversight of the governor’s policy development, including conservation and wildlife initiatives.

Today, Yablonski serves as one of seven Commissioners on Florida’s Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWCC).  The FWCC is the state agency responsible for conserving and managing fish, wildlife and habitats, which include the state’s many endangered and threatened species.  It also regulates hunting and fishing in the state.

He is also an adjunct fellow with the Property and Environment Research Center (PERC) of Bozeman, Montana.  The Center is the nation’s oldest and largest institute working to use market principles to solve environmental problems.  Yablonski graduated cum laude from both Wake Forest University and the University of Miami School of Law.  He resides in Tallahassee with his wife and two children.
