4,170 acres along the east bank of the St. Johns River held by St. Joe since 1930 and historically used for timber production.

RiverTown Photo of Canoe during SunsetRiverTown is located along approximately 3.5 miles of the St. Johns River in northwest St. Johns County and is convenient to Jacksonville, St. Augustine and the beaches of Florida's North Atlantic coast. Close to I-95, it can be accessed via Longleaf Pine Parkway, Greenbriar Road and Scenic Highway 13.

JOE worked with nationally recognized design firm Tunnell-Spangler-Walsh & Associates to create the RiverTown Master Development Plan.  At the heart of the RiverTown vision is a collection of seven neighborhoods--each with its own distinct identity woven together by a primary relationship to the river, the lifeblood of the community with retail, office, recreational and riverfront amenities. School sites, civic sites and places of worship are also planned.

Multiple phases of development for up to 4,500 residential units.  A variety of home types are proposed, including apartments, townhouses, condominiums and single-family homes.
